Walk to the game - basement apt.

Recently renovated basement apartment only 10 minutes walk from the Ravens football stadium; 15 minutes stroll to Camden Yards. Only caveat of this comfortable and well-situated place: the ceilings are extremely low. If you're over 6 feet tall, you'll have to tilt your head. You've been warned!:-) But for the majority who fall under this threshold, you'll find a small yet cozy studio basement apartment with a deliciously-comfortable queen size bed, new bathroom, and small sitting area. The space Once you get past the very low ceilings (those over 6ft tall may want to look elsewhere), you'll find a terrifically-situated basement studio apartment with your own private entrance from the street that sleeps two in an extremely comfortable queen sized bed. A 43-inch smart TV for your viewing pleasure from bed. A less comfortable futon for a third person. Half-kitchen (mini-fridge, microwave, keurig coffeemaker, dishes, mugs, utensils; no stove) for basic meal preparations. But we encourage you to explore Baltimore's growing culinary scene. Happy to provide recommendations. The new bathroom comes equipped with all the necessary provisions. Other basics are included such as a hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. And best of all, your own washer-dryer. The temperature is controlled by the host and will be set between 68 and 74 degrees F. However, guests can make use of a space heater, blankets, and fan for their comfort. For your peace of mind, there are exterior security cameras for your protection and to document anomalies. Given the limited space, any additional visitors beyond two guests must first be discussed with the host. Please also be mindful that there are two people living in the main home above the basement. So you may hear some regular daily life sounds. But everyone is considerate of everyone, and we expect the same from guests. So please also watch your noise volume. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire basement (except closet underneath stairwell). On rare occasions, the permanent residents above may need access to the laundry room in the basement. A locked door at the top of the staircase door separates the guest space in the basement from the rest of the home above. Other things to note Smoking and vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside. There is unlimited street parking right in front on a first come basis.
