The Unit is located in Tower 3 of MGM Signature. The Tower has valet parking for one (1) vehicle and you must check-in / out at the front counter during the posted check-in / out times. 2. Maid services is not provided for this Unit. There should be plenty of towels, wash clothes, shampoo, soap, toiletries, napkins and dish detergent provided in the Unit. If additional items are required during your stay, they must be purchased by the Guest. 3. Please place all dirty towels and wash clothes inside the blue laundry basket located inside the master bathroom. 4. There are extra sheets, blankets, and pillows located in the guest closet located in the master bedroom. 5. The electrical outlets have child protection covers. If you remove these child protection covers, please re-install them after using the electrical outlet. 6. Dish detergent is located above the microwave. Please return the dish detergent container above the microwave to prevent access by children. 7. No weapons are allowed inside the unit. This includes, but is not limited to, guns, knives, or any other type of item used as a weapon. 8. Smoking cigarettes is not allowed inside the Unit or on the balcony. Smoking marijuana is not allowed inside the Unit or on the balcony. Drug use is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. 9. The Unit has motorized shades. There are two (2) controllers. One for the living room and one (1) for the master bedroom. For the master bedroom, you must select both shades (the number 2) to operate both shades. 10. Parties and filming is not allowed. 11. We offer Keurig coffee cups as a service to our guest. Please take any remaining upon check-out, if you so desire. 12.
