The space You will be staying in a private bedroom, with a full bathroom (walk in shower) and a kitchenette (toaster oven, microwave, kettle, mini-fridge). The bedroom is located on the downstairs floor of a two-story typical Outer Sunset house and is completely separate to the upstairs via a staircase and locked door. My husband and I live upstairs, we are quiet and respectful, but you may hear some normal household sounds from above during your stay. Separate access is provided via the garage entry and a locked door. The bedroom is lovely and bright and has direct and private access to the backyard with a firepit and Adirondack chairs. Guest access Guests will have access to the bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and backyard. Garage access is provided for use of the washer/dryer only. Parking is free and plentiful on the street. During your stay My husband and I will be right upstairs and available for any questions or concerns during your stay.
