Very spacious self contained apartment unit. Open plan lounge with very workable kitchenette through to the main bedroom. A second bedroom with single bed and work desk. The apartment is ideally suited for 3 guests, but we can add another single bed mattress on request to the lounge area. Maximum occupancy is 4 people The space This is separate unit contained within our main house. It is locked off from our main property, so you will have your own private space. We live upstairs. The apartment unit contains a lounge area, large kitchenette, and adjoining bedroom space with a queen sized bed. Adjacent to this bedroom is a laundry area and ensuite with shower and toilet. There is also a second bedroom with a single bed and work desk. The apartment is ideally suited for 3 guests, but we can add another single bed mattress on request to the lounge area. Maximum occupancy is 4 people Guest access You have access to the entire downstairs apartment. No space is shared with the owner. There is space for 1 car on premise. Please park on the driveway outside the unit and avoid blocking access to garage Other things to note There is a bit of a step up into the shower…so it may not be suitable for some people with movement disabilities.
