River View Rest is a great place to stay while you are visiting the area for work or on a vacation. The fully furnished apartment is ready for you to kick back and relax. Go ahead, read a good book, cook a great meal or just sit back and relax while you watch the river. If cooking is not for you, there are great places to eat just steps away. We are 10-15 minutes from the Quad Cities and historic LeClaire is right across the beautiful Mississippi River. The space Located in one of Port Byron’s updated historic buildings. This one bedroom, second floor apartment comes with a queen size bed and beautiful furnishings. One bathroom with tub/shower combo, full kitchen with cooking utensils. The living room has a large smart TV with Roku. There is a dedicated workspace and high speed fiber internet. Mini split for heating and cooling for normal days and radiant heating for extra heat on those really cold winter days. Guest access When you check in, you will use the stairs at the front left side of the building. There is a lock code that you will use for the apartment and the laundry room, this code will be given to you before check in and used while you are visiting. This code will be changed after each set of guests.
