Nestled in the Cornish countryside close to beaches, footpaths, woodlands and the Helford River our eco build home and large garden offers a wonderful getaway for anyone seeking a peaceful holiday and a space to unwind, relax and rejuvenate. It is a family (and pet!) friendly space with unique character and charm. It offers 1 large double bedroom with french doors onto the garden, 1 double bunkbed bedroom, another kingsize bedroom, 1 large mezzanine with sofabed, and ample adjacent parking The space We finished building the house 2 years ago in which time it has been our family home. The large kitchen living space is built from straw bales which offer a unique, well insulated and naturally organic feel. With a large open plan kitchen living area the house offers a wonderfully sociable space for gathering, eating or relaxing on the sofa. Huge bifold doors open directly onto the garden allowing you to move freely between the inside and outside on warm sunny days. The garden offers a large BBQ, picnic bench, play sandpit, large fire pit, perfect for sitting out under the starry sky. We are located close to the Helford river for paddleboarding, kayaking and swimming, close to the coastal path for walks and many beautiful beaches and you can walk to the woodland directly from the house. There is a village shop 3 mins drive away which caters for high end deli customers, organic local meats, fresh pastries and all groceries as well as basic shopping needs. Opposite this there is a well loved village pub. We will be moving out into another property on the large site whilst we list on AirB& well away from the house and will not interfere with guests however will be available to deal with any problems that may unexpectedly arise Guest access large parking area, full house, large garden space
