Santiago Cosy Home Self Check In

This cozy 1 bedroom house in Pendlebury is self check in, not shared and located behind the main house. For a maximum of 2 people, CCTV is located outside the property for safety reasons & no pets are allowed. Parking is available on the road (not the driveway) and most appliances are available for cooking. We ask that you don't ring the bell on the main house. Any support needed pls text through Airbnb as we are usually quick to reply. You will also be given a number to call for emergencies. The space The bedroom is reasonably spacious with a comfortable bed, wardrobe and desk if you need to do any work or make up. There is also an iron and iron board if you wish to use. The lounge / kitchen offers cooking facilities and you can watch on your account amazon prime, netflix, youtube, etc...no freview is available. There is a washing machine which is not included. If you wish to use and are staying a reasonable amount of days please let us know and we will work something out. Just like the bedroom, lounge and kitchen, the bathroom is also clean and not shared. We ask that you leave the place clean and tidy as you found it. This includes washing any pans, cutlery, etc that you have used. Guest access You'll have access to the house and the garden is shared with the main house. Check in - 4pm Check out - 11am Other things to note House rules Please note the following very important rules during your stay: 1) Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited including in your room. Smoking in the garden or outside the property is fine. 2) Please be respectful of neighbours especially after 10m. 3) No loud music or parties are allowed 4) All items that belong to the property must remain in the property at all times and not taken to the exterior (towels, bedding, cooking utensils, etc.) 5) There is cctv outside the property only for the safety of all guests 6) The property is intended for exclusive use of the number of guests registered in the reservation. For everyone’s convenience and safety, no outdoor visitors are allowed. 7) No pets allowed 8) No vehicle charging - We do not offer charging facilities as it could cause a fire otherwise. Any violation of the rules outlined above may be subject to a fine or penalty, minimum £250 and the cancelation of your stay.
