Welcome to Mimosa, your family-friendly retreat in Ryde on the north east coast of the Isle of Wight. This 3-bedroom home offers comfort and convenience, boasting its own parking and enclosed garden. With cosy interiors, a dedicated playroom for little ones, there is everything families need for a relaxed stay. Just a 5-minute drive to the beaches of Appley and Seaview as well as wonderful local shops and restaurants. The space Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed and Bedroom 2 features a double. The third bedroom has a single bed, perfect for little ones. A travel cot can also be provided at no extra charge. The family bathroom has been recently renovated and features a walk in shower. Downstairs there is a further cloakroom with a washing machine. The living area is spacious and well equipped with two large sofas, perfect for family movie nights. The large, recently renovated kitchen/diner provides ample space to prepare meals. Our children would love for your little ones to enjoy the toys and games in their playroom (conveniently located just off the lounge) which is bright and sunny and has patio access out on to the fully enclosed garden. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property Other things to note Maximum number of guests is 5 people (we can welcome 1 additional infant under 1 sleeping in a travel cot) We are able to provide generous discounts across both ferry providers, please get in touch once you have made your booking for more information. Please note this is our family home, which is in the process of being updated. This will not impact guests stay in any way but some areas of the home have yet to be fully renovated. We are located on a residential road which has driveway parking for 1 car, additional cars can be parked on the road but please be mindful not to block neighbours driveways NO PETS: Unfortunately we cannot welcome pets at this property. We kindly ask that guests respect this. Cleaning and Consideration: We kindly ask that guests leave the property in the condition they would hope to find it. This is a much-loved home, not just a holiday rental. Any extra cleaning or excessive rubbish removal may incur additional charges, so we really appreciate your care and consideration
