Welcome The Mayberry Hideaway - our exquisite retreat in the Rio Grande Valley! This property has 4 unique homes 1. The Studio: a modern and elegant luxurious tiny house - sleeps 4 2. The Dome: a rare elegant geodesic dome home that - 8 3. The Hangar: a unique industrial-style metal hangar - sleeps 8 4. The Tiny Cajita: a distinctive tiny house on wheels - sleeps 6 Communal amenities (Up-charge for Access): swimming pool, lawn games, pickleball/basketball court, beach volleyball, & firepit. The space The Mayberry Hideaway consists of 4 separate homes. Each home can be rented individually, but this listing combines all 4 homes together in one reservation. The property sleeps up to 26 guests between all 4 houses. Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. 1. The Studio: a modern and elegant luxurious tiny house - sleeps 4. The loft accessible by stairs, has a queen size bed and the living room has a pull out sofa bed. 2. The Dome: a rare elegant geodesic dome home that - sleeps 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own bathroom and the second bedroom has bunk beds. The living room has a Murphy bed queen size bed. 3. The Hangar: a unique industrial-style metal hangar - sleeps 8. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the upstairs large bedroom has two queen beds. The living room has a Murphy bed queen size bed. 4. The Tiny Cajita: a distinctive tiny house on wheels - sleeps 6. There are two lofts accessible by stairs and each loft has a king size bed. The living room has a pull out sofa bed. All 4 homes have a spacious living room ideal for guests to come together to spend quality time with one another and create lifelong memories around the indoor fireplace. Guests will find a spacious kitchen in each home with stainless steel appliances, electric stove, island seating, a dining room or area, & high-speed Wi-Fi. A private outdoor space is also available at each of the 4 homes with a Firepit & Hot-tub. KITCHEN: Each kitchen has a stainless-steel stove, refrigerator, and seating. It also has toaster oven /air fryer and Keurig coffee maker along with general small kitchen appliances. You will find the basic cooking essentials in the cabinets including salt & pepper, olive oil, dishes, and silverware. Long term stays are expected to purchase their own supplies if they run out. BBQ GRILLS: A charcoal grill is on the property available for guest use. It is located in the private backyard outdoor area of each home. RESTROOMS: The restroom will have toiletries including body soap, shampoo, & conditioner, and hair dryer. PETS: The Mayberry Hideaway is pet friendly. We welcome you and your pets. Please make sure you add your pet to your reservation as a pet fee will be added for each pet. This will allow our team to be better prepared for your stay. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. All 4 homes are on one side of the 2 acre property. SECURITY: For the comfort and safety of our guests, the Mayberry Hideaway has cameras along the permitter. The 2-acres property is also completely fenced in. The fully fenced spacious yard is perfect for pets and children. PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE: Outside of each home, you'll find a private retreat, where you can fire up the grill for a delightful outdoor dining experience. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit and enjoy the warmth of a crackling fire under a starlit sky, creating memories to last a lifetime. Enjoy the hot tub in the private outdoor area of each home as well. Guest access *** COMMUNAL AMENITIES*** There are 4 homes at The Mayberry Hideaway: The Studio, The Tiny Cajita, The Dome, and The Hangar. Each home has its own private outdoor space There is also a private amenities area on the property that includes: a pickle-ball/basketball court, a beach volleyball court, several picnic tables, a large firepit, grill & grilling space, and a large swimming pool. Access to the communal amenities can be added to your reservation. Please contact us to confirm availability and pricing. PARKING: Each home has 2 specific complimentary parking spaces. (We can accommodate a maximum of 60 guests in the outdoor amenities area. *** Other things to note Full listing of all 4 houses The Mayberry Hideaway sleeps 26 total guests and is where luxury meets rugged allure to offer a tranquil escape into a world of unmatched charm and comfort, where every detail has been meticulously crafted to provide you with a remarkably unforgettable experience. GUEST VISITORS: The 4 homes at the Mayberry Hideaway can accommodate a maximum of 26 guests. Guests may NOT invite visitors (anyone who is not on the reservation) to join them during their stay. *** If you would like to reserve The Warehouse (a private meeting room) to welcome additional guests for a specified time, please contact us for further details on packaging and upgrades/add-ons. (We can accommodate a maximum of 60 guests in the outdoor amenities area.) *** If guests allow visitors without prior approval from the Host, a fine will be charged to the Guest. We are happy to allow visitors to enjoy The Mayberry Hideaway; however, we will need prior notice, an updated contract signed, and compensation for the increased number of guests the property will support.
