Welcome to our Basement Unit in Renton! Please note, THIS IS A PRIVATE ROOM where COMMON AREAS ARE SHARED( Kitchen, W/D, Bathroom). You will be sharing the unit with max 2 other guest. The space Just so you know! The ceilings in the guest suite are on the short side, about 7 ft or ~2m high. If you're over 6 ft or 2m, you might feel like you have to duck or slouch a bit. This is an old but charming craftsman home, we tried our best to contain noise, but you might hear noises from the upstair. This spacious, minimalist room has a queen size mattress. The space is ideal for anyone who is looking for a furnished home to comfortably rest and work. The room is walking distance to Boeing, The Landing, many amazing local restaurants and multiple bus stops to Seattle and/or Bellevue Free street parking Monthly cleaning included in rent Guest access Guest space is a basement units. You will have complete access to a private mother in law suite with separate entrance that opens to the back yard. During your stay We live upstair and can assist if you need anything!
