Upstairs in the home are 3 bedrooms and a loft/bonus area with a pull out bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Outside is the sparkling heated pool with a poolside cabana. The cabana has a 1/2 bath, TV, desk, hightop table, mini frig, ice maker, sink and sitting area. Attached to the home on the westside is a Casita with separate entrance and separate yard. My husband, our dog and myself usually stay there. We do not enter the house side unless a guests needs us for something. The house/pool/hot tub/cabana are completely locked off and private. Guest access Airbnb will send instructions to you prior to arrival. The front door is a 4 digit code specific to your stay. Guests have private access to main home, backyard, pool, hot tub and pool side cabana. The hot tub is for adult relaxing and not to be used as a “kiddie pool” if you have little ones, please. Please message me with any questions! Other things to note Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm-7:00 am. All guests over 18 must be on reservation and registered with Airbnb. Pool is heated to 74 degrees Oct-April. To have it heated to 84 degrees is an additional $39.00 a day. (Full reservation days only-not checkin or check out) Early check-in/late check-out may be available for additional fee of $25.00 an hour up to 4 hours. Please inquire at time of booking. Pool does not have barriers-supervision of children required at all times. Hot tub is for adult relaxation and not a kiddie pool. Guests rent property at their own risk! Owners are not liable for accidents or injury. Laundry is available upon request. We provide detergent and dryer sheets. $7.00 a load. We have 2 pak n plays, highchair, toddler water wings, floaties and toys. Ask before arrival and they will be available!
