The space Living Area: Our property boasts two comfortable and stylish living rooms. The first lounge area off of the kitchen is perfect for relaxing and listening to records, and the "sun room" as we call it, has expansive views from all sides, a piano for entertaining and a 75 inch TV for when it's time to relax. Both TV's offer live television and a wide array of entertainment apps. Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need to prepare a delicious meal to enjoy at the large wood dining table or outside underneath the shade of the pergolas. Plenty of pots, pans, great knives and all cooking utensils are stocked for your use. Bedrooms: The retreat boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The primary room offers a king bed, TV and a desk, and the guest room has a queen bed. Wake up to the sun rising over the landscape or stargaze from the comfort of your bed. Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are elegantly designed and equipped with all the essentials you need for your stay. Relax and rejuvenate in the tub or enjoy a refreshing rainfall shower after a long hike. Outdoor Amenities: The outdoor space offers starry nights and breathtaking views of the mountains. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the sun salutation deck or unwinding in the hot tub as the sun sets, you'll be captivated by the awe-inspiring views of the surrounding landscape. When night falls, the unspoiled skies reveal a blanket of stars, creating a celestial spectacle you won't want to miss. Outdoor Kitchen and Dining Space: A gas grill and pizza oven are at your disposal to whip up the perfect meal al fresco. Enjoy it at the outdoor dining table which is shaded all year from the hot desert sun. Hot Tub & Cowboy Pool: The hot tub provides the ultimate relaxation, perfect for soothing sore muscles or simply enjoying the view. For a refreshing dip, the cowboy pool offers a unique and invigorating experience while taking in the unobstructed vistas. Sun Salutation Deck: Start your day with a sun salutation on the deck, overlooking the tranquil valley. It's the perfect spot to greet the morning sun and practice yoga or meditation in absolute serenity. Bocce Ball Court: Our bocce ball court is the perfect place to take in the glorious show that happens at sunset. When the sun goes down you can play into the night under the glow of the cafe lights. Update: the traeger grill that is currently featured in the photos is not working. Regular gas grill is working just fine. Guest access Our property is fully fenced with two locked gates for access and security. Plenty of space for you or your furry friends to run around and enjoy. Combination locks are on the exterior gates and the house is accesses by a Yale smart lock. You will receive check in instructions and codes the morning of check in. Other things to note - No smoking inside the house - Be very mindful of any active flames or grill as we are in a high fire area - If there is excessive pet hair left behind that requires extra cleaning a $50 pet fee will be applied. - Please be mindful of noise after 10pm - There are two security cameras on the exterior of the house with absolutely no sightline into the house.
