The apartment is centrally located to all your necessities. And what's even better is that the beautiful, white sand beach you see in the pictures, is literally just a two minutes away (walking distance) - you don't even have to arrange transportation or to leave the neighborhood! You'll also get a visitor pass which allows you access to special beach entry and to the same beach seating reserved for resort guests only. Don't you feel special! There are also tons of restaurants, movie theaters, tourist attractions and nightlife available, many of which can be reached by walking! Or relax at home and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You can also access Wi-Fi at several of the local spots. Guest access My guests will have access to everything in the apartment including, towels and sheets. No beach towels provided. *I ask that you bring your own beach towels or sarongs Other things to note *Electricity Not Included* ( extra charge applicable and Utilities) $15 per day. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee. Keep in mind that you are using someone else's home. Please leave the home the way you found it. Respect it! Other things to note AIRPORT PICKUP: Please let me know at least 2 days in advance if you'll need or would like a driver. I can arrange a private (and most reliable) driver for you to and from the airport for $70 round trip or $35 each way. The driver is also available for transport during your stay on an as needed basis (additional fees would apply). Notice must be given at least a day in advance and depends on availability of drivers schedule. EXCURSIONS: If you're interested in any of the fun-filled excursions offered here in the Dominican Republic, and there are a ton, please let me know that as well. I can book the same excursions offered to guests at the hotels and resorts at much lower rates as I do it for fun and am not trying to make a living off of it!
