Tiny yet spacious for 4 guests, all the amenities of a hotel plus more. This studio style house includes a pull-out couch, Smart TV, Wi-Fi with a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Enjoy a full bath with walk in shower fully stocked with all the amenities. Outside is a porch overlooking the gorgeous nature that surrounds you. The space As mentioned, this is a tiny home with plenty a room for four guests. We have a 5-gallon water heater, so plan showers accordingly. Only use make-up wash clothes to avoid staining the white towels. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space! Your contactless instructions will be sent the week of your stay. Other things to note **Before booking please note: This IS a genuine setting. You may encounter bugs, dirt, mud, spotty internet, or a random animals roaming! We hope this is just as much an “experience” as it is a one-of-a-kind get-away** Each guest receives snacks and water bottles upon their arrival. We hope that you enjoy it and have fun, but we also ask that you take care of it as if it were your own. Please leave the home in the same condition as you found it when you arrived. As mentioned, we have a 5-gallon water heater, so plan showers accordingly, runs comfortably for about 10 minutes. •Do not park or drive any vehicles in the yard. Water and electrical lines run though our property & can be easily damaged (Repairs will be billed to person on the Rental Contract). •We ask that you not put personal hygiene products in the toilets as this can damage system. •Do not throw any grease or food down the kitchen drain. There is no garbage disposal. •THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO GRILLING ON THE DECK. It is a fire hazard and against a Chambers County ordinance. AS A RESPECT TO OUR NEIBHBORS WE ASK THAT ALL VISITORS LEAVE BY 10PM, WE DO HAVE A PROPERTY MANAGER THAT KEEPS AN EYE ON OUR PROPERTY AND WILL ASK YOU TO HAVE YOUR GUEST TO LEAVE.
