Located in a private residence 100 m from the sea with swimming pool, tennis, bowling alley and volleyball court, you will also enjoy its shaded terrace in the private backyard. Nestled in Cayola Bay, between Les Sables d'Olonne and the port of Bourgenay, stock up on memories and adventures! The space This two-level maisonette includes the equivalent of 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom upstairs with double bed and baby bed next to the mezzanine where you can also relax on the sofa and watch TV. A small bedroom and pull-out beds on the ground floor. A very bright veranda equipped with roller shutters and a sofa bed, which can be transformed into a very pleasant and cool room in summer. The veranda overlooks a terrace of about 16 m² with table, chairs and large umbrella. The entrance hallway serves the small bedroom, the bathroom with bathtub, as well as a separate toilet, then the kitchen and dining room. Guest access You will have access to the entire house as well as to the external services: - Residence swimming pool - Tennis court (by reservation at the reception) - Volleyball court - Petanque court Other things to note The pool is accessible from June to September, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Unsupervised swimming. Pets must be kept on a leash in the residence. The garbage room is to the left of the gate as you exit the residence, along the road. It is accessed from inside the residence. We recommend parking in the upper parking lot, north of the residence. You'll only be a few meters from the house. If you use the North gate (manual opening and closing), remember to close it behind you please!
