Description

The Old Post Office is a delightful country cottage in the heart of the Brecon Beacons. The property was renovated to a high standard in 2023-24, and provides the ideal base for outdoor activities in the local area. It has fantastic access to great trails in the Beacons for hiking, biking, and watersports. The house is a great place to unwind, with log-burning stove, good WiFi, TV, games and large kitchen. The house sleeps 10 comfortably (but can sleep 12 when the pull-out beds are used). The space The Old Post Office is a newly-renovated, 4 bedroom, 19th century cottage in Talybont on Usk. It provides the perfect base for a stay in the Brecon Beacons, and is close to all the action. Other things to note 25 minutes from Abergavenny via car. There is a bus stop 150m away with hourly services to Brecon, Crickhowell and Abergavenny. There is a shop & cafe 100m, as well as two excellent pubs within a 5 minute walk.
