5 min by car or 10 min by bike from the city center of Saint Remy, located in the Artisan Zone, this loft-style studio offers both calm and proximity to all amenities. Parking is secure and EV charging stations are available on request. The bike path passes in front of the gate. Bikes are also available. The space The studio is adjoining our house by the garden. The studio terrace is however private. Ideal for a couple or a single person. The sofa bed, however, offers the possibility of an extra bed for a child, for example. Upon request, we can also provide a travel cot with everything you need for your little heir. The loft is composed on the ground floor of a living room, small kitchen & shower room. The sleeping area is on the mezzanine. (Be careful of the height of about 1m40 above the bed). Guest access The loft is a full-fledged accommodation with its terrace, garden furniture & secure parking spaces. Other things to note On the mezzanine (night part) there is a low ceiling, please be careful not to bump your head :) The loft is located in an Activity Zone but is absolutely quiet.
