Community amenities include sandy beach, outdoor swimming pool, basketball and volleyball courts, tennis courts, playground, and game room at clubhouse. Beach and pool are open from Memorial day to Labor Day. Community does not permit gas powered motor boats or a boat not owned by a community homeowner. Free badges enable access to the amenities. To access these, a one page Towamensing HOA form must be completed 5 days before check-in and emailed to the host. The form will be emailed to the renter after the deposit once an email address is provided.
