Cozy Lakefront Cottage

*Newly renovated bathroom!!* Relax with the whole family at this peaceful oasis. Enjoy the water at First Eel River lake that is perfect for a summer getaway in beautiful New Brunswick. The space 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, bedroom with bunk bed also has a twin bed that can be pulled out. 2 kayaks provided during your stay for guests to enjoy exploring first eel river lake! Select life jackets available! There is a BBQ out on the deck for you to enjoy and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you may need during your stay! *There is an A/C unit in the window that keeps the cottage nice and cool during the hot days *Keurig coffee maker and some pods for you to enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the lake *Bathroom is stocked with bath towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and guests staying for longer amounts of time are welcome to use the cleaning supplies and broom in the bathroom for any small messes *WIFI and Smart TV for your entertainment! *About a 30 minute drive to the closest town of Woodstock where you can find any grocery stores and retail that you may need! *You'll notice Buddy's Place on the drive into the cottage that sells essential items, ice cream and they even have a mini putt set up! Check them out on FB to see their hours. Most importantly, you're on lake time! Enjoy your vacation :) Other things to note Unfortunately there is no washer or dryer at this time! We welcome you to bring your pets but please note that neighbors are close by that have a dog and clean up after your dog on the property! Please no smoking inside and be considerate of the close neighbors when smoking outside :) There is no boat access on our property but you are able to walk boats down the hill to the water and tie your boats to the dock! You are located on a quiet street with lots of cottages around, please be mindful of people walking and kids playing around the roads and drive very slowly.
