Under 1 hour from Seven Springs, Hidden Valley, Nemacolin, Ohio Pyle, and Greensburg LIVE Casino. This location is perfect for an adventurous or relaxing getaway. The space This cottage is 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath. Large outdoor space offers a 600+ sq foot deck overlooking Four Mile Creek and an outdoor fire pit. The cottage is at the end of a private gravel lane. The lane has a strict 5 mile speed limit. The home has 4 parking spaces, two of which are covered. Inside, you will find the cozy home is well-stocked and ready for your stay. Washer, dryer, hair dryer, and basic toiletries. The center of the home offers a large kitchen island and spiral staircase. The loft area is a designated space for work or lounging with full-sized desk and chair. The living room offers wall to wall windows showcasing the creek just steps off the large back deck. There is a 65-inch SMART TV. The electric pellet fireplace will offer immediate warmth and ambiance. Both bedrooms are on the first floor. The first bedroom offers a large Serta King sized bed with oversized Casaluna throw blanket. The other room offers a Queen bed and full dresser. Pack and Play available, no newborn insert. Sheets included. The kitchen offers a Keurig Coffee maker with K-cups, black tea, creamers, and sugar. French Press also included. Appliances include- full size fridge and freezer, air fryer, blender, pots, pans, toaster, dishes/utensils, and children’s dinnerware. The outside space includes a large back deck with cozy Adirondack chairs, dining table, and fire pit with fire wood included on site. Come ready to grill on our electric Pit Boss Pellet Grill/Smoker. Entire covered parking area is available Other things to note No parties or events. No pets. Respect the wildlife. Ligonier Noise Ordinance after 8 pm.
