Description

Three-room suite on the second floor of a brick home, between a forest and a pond. Between Cleveland and Akron. (Half price for long-term booking -- message me.) One queen and one twin bed in two different rooms. Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, utensils, spices, oil, etc. New tub, shower and tall toilet. This is also a foster home for rescued cats. They are kept out of the guest rooms, but you should not book if you are allergic or fearful. The space Three rooms to yourself: queen bed in room facing the woods, twin bed/kitchenette room overlooks the pond. Bathroom with tub/shower, tall toilet and vanity. The home is on five acres in a semi-rural township. Just 2 miles from a major highway and multiple restaurants. Ten minutes to historic, downtown Medina. Guest access Front door access. I have booties for your shoes if needed when the lawn is wet. During your stay You can explore the old-growth forest, hang out on the deck, build a campfire or relax by the pond. Host will do one load of laundry for you. Other things to note No air conditioner. Ceiling fans. A box fan. The forest provides a cool breeze most nights. The bedspreads are washed between every guest. The floors are steam-cleaned between each guest. The door handles and light switches, etc., are sanitized between each guest.
