Entire room in a little house in the Forest

For nature lovers! A little corner in the middle of the forest, inside a Condominium-Ranch, at the foot of the Serra da Tiririca State Park Reserve. And close to the most beautiful beaches in the Oceanic Region of Niterói (Less than 7 km from the beaches of Itacoatiara, Itaipu and Lagoa de Itaipu, which gives access to Camboinhas Beach) Airy and cozy room, with a double bed, closet and work/study space. View of the garden/wooded yard. The space It is a small and simple house, but cozy and cared for with great affection to deliver a good stay. It has a large outdoor area, allowing for good times outdoors. The little house is located within a wooded site. It is like a small gated community/village, with a few houses, providing greater security. But in any case, it's a quiet area, with no episodes of violence. Even though it is inside a ranch, the house is independent, with an exclusive yard, allowing privacy for guests. On the street of the site there are some spaces to park a car. Guest access Guests will have a private bedroom and access to the other shared rooms in the house, such as the bathroom, kitchen/living room, laundry room, balcony, and backyard. Pets may be allowed upon evaluation (according to size and behavior) and payment of an additional fee. During your stay I'll be in the house, sleeping in the second bedroom. Some days I go out to work, the others I do remote work, in silence, in my room. And on weekends, I take care of the yard or visit my family. Note: A hairy and affectionate kitten also lives in the house. Other things to note The little house is in the most rural/bucolic region of the neighborhood, with access via dirt streets. It is about 800 meters from the asphalt, where the neighborhood square is located, surrounded by the main shops (market, bakery, pharmacy and health post) and bus stop.
