PRIVATE ROOM IN HOUSE

Our house is located in Villa Las Tórtolas, with good access to transportation (500 meters), 15 minutes from downtown, close to supermarkets and bike path (300 meters). The room is private, on the second floor, bright, carpeted and has a 1/2 square bed with exclusive bathroom use. The space In our house we offer you a private carpeted room with 1 bed of 1 square 1/2 and a bathroom shared with 1 other person. Two people live in the space, me and a university student. The common spaces of the house such as living room, kitchen and patio are shared. Guest access Guests have access to shared areas such as the kitchen, where we have all the necessary cooking utensils, the shared bathroom on the 2nd floor, the dining room and the backyard of the house. During your stay I love tourism, I have worked transporting tourists since I retired, I know the city and the region very well and I will be happy to guide you to the points of interest of this beautiful city/region.
