Our house is located in Villa Las Tórtolas, with good access to locomoción (500 mts), 15 minutes from downtown, close to supermarkets and cyclovía (300mts). The room is private, it is on the second floor, it is bright, carpeted and has a 1 1/2 bed with exclusive use of bathroom. The space In our house we offer you a carpeted private room with 1 bed of 1 place 1/2 and a shared bathroom with 1 more person. There are 2 people living in the space, me and a university student. The house's common spaces as a living room, kitchen, and patio are shared. Guest access Guests have access to shared areas such as the kitchen, where we have all the necessary utensils for cooking, the shared bathroom on the 2nd floor, the dining room and the backyard of the house. During your stay I love tourism, I have worked transporting tourists since I retired, I know the city and the region very well and I will be happy to orient you in the points of interest of this beautiful city/region.
