1st floor house apartment in safe central area

It is a 1st floor apartment in a house. The space can host 4 people comfortably and each room has a desk, closet and lock on door. Please don't have expectations of a hotel or a condo, it's homely but not a hotel. The apartment is located directly on Bathurst St. between 5 neighborhoods with a street car stop directly outside and subway station 5 min walk away. Location has a walking score of 93. Close to the bike share, grocery stores, laundry, convenience store, parks, restaurants, bar. . The space The space was recently renovated and converted from tenants to Airbnb. The house is older so I tried to save some certain elements that give the apartment some character. You might hear the people living upstairs or the streetcar since we are on the main street so not for those that are super sensitive to external sounds. It can comfortable fit a family or 2 couples or even a single person and has all the necessary utensils to cook. There is a new stove and range hood installed in 2024. There is no living room per se, it is the other side of the kitchen, I have put a loveseat on the other side so there is a place for you to relax and sit down.
