Unique setting! A peaceful haven with 2 independent houses overlooking a long enclosed garden that extends to the Seine, with access to the river (which remains public) and the possibility of swimming, boating and paddleboarding. Heated pool, ping pong and games are available in the garden, where you can enjoy meals cooked with the plancha. A paradise for young and old! Inside you can spend friendly evenings around the fireplace and practice your piano. The space 🏡 Living spaces 🏡 Two separate houses overlooking the garden, accommodating 8 adults and 3 children. In the first house you will find a large living room with fireplace and piano, an open kitchen, a dining room in the veranda, a TV room with sofa, as well as a laundry room with toilet. (Note: pool towels not provided). In the second house, one of the bedrooms on the ground floor overlooks the pool. 🛏 Bedrooms 🛏 House 1 — floor Double bedroom + 1 single bed on the mezzanine. House 2 — Ground floor 2 Bedrooms with double beds 1st floor: Bedroom with a double bed + single bed + 1 children's dormitory with bunk beds and many games. 🛁 Bathrooms 🛁 House 1 — 1 st floor: Bathroom with bathtub House 2 — Ground floor: Bathroom with shower 🌿 Exteriors and amenities 🌿 Outside, children (and adults!) will enjoy a ping pong table, swing, soccer goals, balls and a game of molkky. Garden furniture, a plancha and a large outdoor table will allow you to eat your meals together outdoors. The above-ground pool is heated from May to September [contact us for exact dates at the beginning/end of the season], dimensions 5.5 m x 2.75 m x 1.2 m. On the banks of the Seine, a garden table is available for your lunches, dinners and aperitifs: an ideal location to admire nature at any time of the day, and indulge in fishing if you feel like it. It is possible to swim in the Seine: in summer, temperatures reach more than 20 degrees, and you have a boat and a paddle on site, with life jackets available (use and swimming at your own risk). 👨‍👩‍👧 For families 👨‍👩‍👧 Children will not know where to turn: games and activities outside (ping-pong, swing, soccer, molkky...) and inside (board games, toys and books), with in addition a TV room designed so that they can play "next to" the parents. Between the heated pool and the large meals outside around the plancha and the large outdoor table, everything is combined to experience real moments together. 👶Infants and infants👶 Umbrella bed and high chair available. The staircase of the 2nd house (a little steep) can be secured thanks to the barrier available on site at the top of the staircase. Guest access You have access to the entire property: the 2 houses, the pool (in season), the garden. Free parking on site. Other things to note A small part of the garden is shared with the owners, who are occasionally present. They have a very gentle and sociable labrador, who can sometimes walk freely in the garden. It is strictly forbidden to bring a pet to this house. Please take this into account for the smooth running of your stay and for respecting the property rules. Parties and large groups are not allowed. Pets not allowed. A few logs will be available for a fireplace upon arrival (depending on season) If you use the plancha, please clean it before leaving, if not we would be obliged to charge you additional fees. Swimming in the Seine, using the boat and paddleboarding are under your own responsibility. In winter, our houses are heated between 19°C and 21°C for your comfort and to preserve the environment.
