We provide all necessary information to ensure you have a smooth and comfortable stay, and it is important that you are fully informed about the room and its features. ❗️The property currently has NO GENERATOR.❗️ The space Welcome to one of our Deluxe Room options, conveniently located within walking distance to D'Mall, Bulabog Beach, and White Beach Station 2. This room is ideally set up for 2 guests but versatile enough to accommodate up to 4 additional guests, for a total of 6 guests. It’s perfect for both intimate stays and larger groups. AMENITIES: ● Window-type AC ● Bed Linens & Pillows ● Towels ● Electric Kettle & Coffee Mug ● Refrigerator ● Free Wi-Fi ● Private Bathroom with Hot & Cold Shower ● Free Toiletries ●Toilet Note: Only the listed amenities are provided. If an item is not mentioned, it is not available and will not be provided. Guests are advised not to request or complain about unlisted items. ● Room Accessibility: This room is located on the 3rd floor of the building and is accessible only by stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns. ACCESS TO COMMON OUTDOOR KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: For an additional fee of PHP 300 per day per room, you may enjoy unlimited use of the outdoor kitchen and dining area. Access is subject to prior request and availability, and may be limited during special occasions or events. Please note that this is a shared common space, so other guests may also be using the kitchen at the same time. BED CONFIGURATION ● 2 guests: 1 Queen Bed ● 3 guests: 1 Queen Bed 1 Single-Sized Floor Mattress ● 4 guests: 1 Queen Bed 1 Double-Sized Floor Mattress ● 5 guests: 1 Queen Bed 1 Double-Sized Floor Mattress 1 Single-Sized Floor Mattress ● 6 guests: 1 Queen Bed 2 Double-Sized Floor Mattress Beds and rates will vary depending on the number of guests listed on the reservation. Guests are required to input the correct number of guests when making their reservation. Requests for additional bed/s are subject to availability and additional charge of 600 pesos per night, and must be coordinated prior to check-in. For example: If there are only 2 guests, the default setup provides 1 queen bed. However, if the guests prefer 2 separate beds instead, an additional bed will be provided, subject to a charge of 600 pesos per night for the extra bed. Another option is to add an extra guest to the booking, in which case futon beds will be automatically arranged without the need for prior notice or availability checks. Failure to provide accurate information or make prior arrangements will not be our liability, and the default bed setup will apply. Additional bed requests are subject to availability and must be coordinated prior to check-in. With everything just a short walk away, you'll have easy access to the island's top attractions, making it an excellent base for your stay. ● D'Mall: 4-minute walk (300 meters) D'Mall is the bustling heart of Boracay, featuring a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options. It's the perfect spot for shopping, dining, or simply immersing yourself in the lively island atmosphere. ●Bulabog Beach: 5-minute walk (400 meters) (nearest route) Known for its peaceful vibe and excellent conditions for water sports like kiteboarding and windsurfing, Bulabog Beach is ideal for those seeking adventure or a tranquil escape. It’s also the perfect spot to watch a stunning sunrise, offering a serene start to your day with breathtaking views over the water. ● White Beach Station 2: 8-minute walk (650 meters) Famous for its powdery white sand and crystal-clear waters, White Beach is Boracay’s most iconic destination. All properties are located in close proximity to each other, ensuring easy access between rooms should you wish to book multiple units. ● Wifi Speed: We use Starlink for our internet service. Speeds typically average around 150–200 Mbps, but may occasionally slow down depending on weather conditions. ● Power Outages: The property currently has NO GENERATOR. Kindly take this into account before making your reservation, especially if a stable power supply is important for your stay. Guests are advised to monitor Aklan Electric Cooperative Inc. (AKELCO) FB page for updates. ● Modifications: Requests for modifications to your reservation may be considered; however, please be advised that downgrades, such as reducing the number of guests or shortening the duration of stay, will not be accommodated. Reasonable adjustments to the number of guests or other changes may be possible provided they do not affect the rate. Changes to reservation dates may not be permitted if they conflict with the cancellation policy. ● Flight Delays or Cancellations: Please be aware that no refunds will be provided for flight delays or cancellations, regardless of the reason. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance to safeguard your plans. ● Cancellation Requests: We kindly ask guests to carefully review their plans before booking, as cancellations outside the policy period cannot be accommodated. ● Property Events and Activities: Booking a stay implies guests' acceptance of property events on special occasions and potential noise disturbances.
