In addition to the above, we have a Keurig and a Brevile espresso machine ready to help you get your day started! Full washer and dryer available and stocked for guest use. Other things to note House rules: - Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events. If a party that has not been pre-arranged with us occurs or is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - No pets allowed. - This is a no smoking home, if you smoke in the home you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. You may smoke outside. - Please note that we charge up to $100 per hour for late checkouts if not previously arranged. House Rules Strictly Enforced: Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000. Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
