Balay Rio

There’s peace and character in every corner. Located at Lumina Homes, Caanawan, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija The space The Balay is a studio type apartment, fully furnished with everything you need to make you feel at home. It has basic kitchen utensils, induction cooker, bar ref, smart TV, heated shower, air-conditioned bedroom, electric fans, wifi, and the like. Guest access Balay Rio actually means “house of Rio”, and Rio is the owner of the apartment. I personally take care of the Balay from cleaning preparing the house for you to have a wonderful stay. You are free to use everything in the Balay but with extra care. Items that are broken will be held accountable to you. Other things to note Balay Rio aims to be a sustainable apartment. The toiletries are for sharing, but toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. Part of my efforts is to make sure that our trash is well taken care for. I appreciate if you bring your trash outside for garbage collection, trash bags are provided. It is strictly no smoking inside the Balay, but guests are always welcome to smoke in the balcony. I know it is hot outside! Drinking water is not provided, but I have a pitcher of cold water in the fridge prepared, because I thought you might need it when you arrive. There is a local 7-eleven store outside the subdivision if you need to bring along with you some food, water and other stuff. I have basic kitchen wares that you can use, but please wash them after. I think, some of the restaurants around can deliver, so no reason to be hungry.
