Do Not use the right-of-way as a patio to relax or have personal-friends time. Do not sit on the wall fence and please No Trespassing the neighnors property. Loud music and loud activities that affects neighbors and other residentes is not allowed. Please use the designated parking spots only. Please ask your host about additional parking away from this home. The main entrance to the house is located on the right side of the property and it's to be used only by our Airbnb guests.
