Amenities offered include seasonal swimming in the olympic sized saltwater pool, beach area, on site restaurant, fishing or strolling on 2 mile dock along water, disc golf, mini golf, horseshoe pit, volleyball, basketball, playgrounds, and more! Boat rentals available thru various boat rental websites. Comfortable space for 2 adults and young children are also allowed. The space Very cozy, very clean, 456 Sq foot home with 1 bedroom, 1 full bath with tub and stackable washer/dryer. Comfortably fits 2 adults or 2 adults with young children. Bedroom has queen bed, large wardrobe, small desk and large TV. Pull out sofa bed, toddler blow up mattress and pack and play on site. Full kitchen with coffee maker, full size range, toaster oven, microwave, blender, rice maker, ice maker in freezer. Small private yard with picnic table and yard games. Guest access The entire home and small yard are all yours! The side yard has artificial grass where you can eat at picnic table or play some included yard games. Most of the items you will need to enjoy amenities are included like golf clubs, basketball, horseshoes, beach chairs, etc. Kayaks and 1 paddleboard with various size life jackets included. You can bring your own kayaks but no personal motorized boats or trailers allowed. Various boat rental websites can be used and the day boat slips can be used for an hour or so to eat at marina restaurant or go back to the house for a break. The house is a very short walk from marina. Other things to note Picture ID for all adult guests are needed to pass through gate security. You will receive a parking pass to hang on your mirror for the duration of your stay.
