This is the oldest home in French Lick and ready for your Solar Eclipse stay. This home features two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The family room can be converted to a third bedroom upon request. This house is a five minute walk to downtown restaurants and the famous French Lick hotel. There is a wrap around porch with an awesome view of the downtown area and grill. There is also plenty of board games, a record player, bikes, and a basketball goal for family fun:) The house is the oldest house in French Lick built in 1865 by Dr Bowling son of one of the owners of the French Lick hotel. This home is two blocks from downtown with walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the hotel. This a two level home great for entertaining. There are two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds in both rooms. Also two bathrooms with one en-suite in master bedroom. Downstairs you have the living room with fireplace and television, with a sleeper sofa. The family room also has a television and sitting area. This room had once been used as a bedroom so can be converted upon request, it has French doors for privacy. The kitchen has all your necessities, with gas stove, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, and a coffee station. The dining room has a table for up to 10 people and a computer with printer for use if needed. There is a third bathroom downstairs with washer and dryer. The bathrooms have 2 showers and tub/shower. Plenty for everyone. There is a wraparound porch with plenty of seating and places to sit and enjoy breakfast. Or simply gaze at the hotel and solar eclipse. We have loads of simple and complex board games, bicycles, and a basketball goal. This use to be the Artist Inn bed and breakfast and still has a charm and feel to it.
