The space The house was fully renovated in 2024 with a modern and stylish finish throughout. Guest access The shared area is on the 2nd and your room is on 3rd floor. You will gain access to: - Private room features a 2 single bed, desk and clothing storage. - Free parking - Shared living room with smart TV & Netflix, Roland digital piano - Shared full kitchen and washing machine - Asia food or cooking class on request - Free bicycle rental Other things to note • The home is in residential areas. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we also ask that you have some consideration for our neighbours. • If we suspect any prohibited substances or drugs are being used, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded. • NOT to use the property for parties,. If, on arrival, it is felt the guests are intending to use the property for such an event, you will be refused entrance. If we believe a party is underway, you will be charged £2,000. • Please keep music to a reasonable level outside. • NOT to be the cause of any significant noise between 10PM and 9AM. If noise is deemed to be excessive, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and you will not be refunded. • NOT to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining premises. • NOT to smoke inside the property. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE the property, provided all doors and windows are closed. If we suspect you have been smoking in the property, you will be charged £300 • NOT to re-let or sublet the property to any other group/party. • Only use the property strictly for residential purposes. • NOT to permit any visitors to enter the property, where authorisation has not been requested in advance. • Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition.
