The River House

Come relax in our beautiful riverfront home conveniently located within 10 minutes of downtown Warren. We have created a private two-story, two bedroom retreat within the main home, separate entrance and amenities included. Take in the beautiful views of 2024's River of the Year & The Allegheny National Forest while enjoying your morning cup of coffee on our private dock. Hop on a bike or take a scenic stroll along the river and finish the evening cozied up by the fire under the night sky. The space “The River House” is a cozy guesthouse retreat with separate entrance. It includes a comfortable first floor living room with windows overlooking the river. Also on the first floor is a new, fully equipped eat in kitchen. The second floor hosts two bedrooms (one queen and one full), an office space and bathroom. Crib and highchair are also available. Outdoor space includes a covered pavilion complete with Blackstone Grill, picnic table, comfortable seating and string lighting. The front porch includes cozy seating and fire pit table overlooking the Allegheny River. Across the quiet street, you will find our large private dock with bar height seating that provides unobstructed views of our beautiful sunsets. In our lower yard if you are interested in a campfire, there is a large fire ring, complimentary firewood and seating on the rivers edge. This area also provides you with direct access to the river. A canoe and 2 kayaks are available for your use as well as 2 bicycles for a fun ride along River Road. All our outdoor spaces have a different vibe, so be sure to use them all! If you are interested in fishing the Allegheny, the Starbrick boat launch is a stones throw away. We have extra parking available if you choose to bring a boat and trailer. Guest access Private entrance and parking is provided. Additional parking is also available. Other things to note The city of Warren is a 10 minute drive. Kinzua Dam, Reservoir and Trails at Jakes Rocks 20-35 minute drive.
