High speed WiFi Amazon Fire smart TVs in living room and Bedroom 1, Roku smart TV in Bedroom 2. High-quality bedding with only 100% cotton sheets and linens. No microfiber! We launder all linens and bedding with Free & Clear products. No plugins or air fresheners are used. AC filters are changed frequently. Sparkling professionally cleaned home. Plenty of clean towels. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils, pots/pans, baking sheets, measuring cups, detergent, paper towels. Keurig coffee maker with 12 pods to get you started. Creamers and sugar also provided. Toaster, Electric Kettle and Blender. Gas BBQ with utensils outside. We have a Pack & Play crib available, for safety reasons we do not supply infant bedding so please BYO. Also a small booster seat for kitchen table. Guest access Whole house. Laundry room is detached off the carport, washer and dryer are available for guest use at no charge. There is one locked cleaning supply closet in the house that is not for guest use. There are NO shared spaces - this is a private detached single family house. Other things to note The neighborhood is known as the "chicken neighborhood" and you will hear roosters in the morning and at other times of the day. The house has all new windows in the bedrooms with dual pane glass, but you may still hear some distant roosters! 🐓 Sometimes you may have a curious chicken stop by to visit. Dog friendly, please inform us in advance. Backyard is PRIVATE and FULLY FENCED. Lowest gate is 4', the rest of the yard is block fenced 6' high. Landscapers come every other Friday to service the yard. Trash day is Tuesday and someone will be by Monday afternoon to put the cans out and back in on Tuesday. SUMMER: Thermostat can be adjusted to a minimum of 72 degrees. Setting the thermostat any lower can result in freezing the coil in high temps.
