This modern studio is thoughtfully designed to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're visiting for work, study, or leisure. The open-plan living area features a comfortable sleeping space, cleverly separated by a sheer curtain adorned with fairy lights for a warm and inviting ambiance. The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare a meal, from a full-size refrigerator and stove to a microwave and a Keurig coffee machine for your morning brew. Key Features: Fully Equipped Kitchenette: Includes a refrigerator, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, and all the essentials for two guests. Comfortable Sleeping Area: A cozy bed set in a private nook ensures a restful night's sleep. Dedicated Dining Space: A chic glass-topped table with two chairs provides a perfect spot for meals. Modern Bathroom: A spacious and clean bathroom with a full bathtub and shower. Guest access You will have complete and private access to the entire studio apartment. For your convenience, the apartment is set up for self-check-in via a combination lock or a lockbox. Detailed instructions will be sent to you by email and/or text message a few days before your arrival. Access to the studio is located on the side of the building. A parking spot in our driveway is included with your stay. Please note the space is a bit tight; if your vehicle is too large, street parking is readily available. Be sure to check street signs for any seasonal restrictions. Other things to note We believe in transparency to ensure your stay meets your expectations. Please take a moment to review these important details: Potential for Noise: The studio is located below a unit where a family resides. You may hear some noise at times. Natural Light: As a cozy lower-level studio, the space receives limited natural sunlight. Winter Parking: Driveway parking is unavailable from December to February due to winter conditions and snow removal. Snow Removal: During winter, A shovel and salt are also provided for your use. Guest Verification: For your security, we use a system to verify your ID, confirm your agreement to our rental contract, and process a security deposit of up to $2. This must be completed before you receive your access codes. Host Availability: We are available to respond to messages from 8 am to 8 pm. For urgent matters, you can also reach us by phone. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged. Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).
