Lovely house in a small compound with a SHARED SWIMMING pool, surrounded by a lot of green, with native trees where visitors can appreciate a bit of the local wild life and see things such as beautiful tropical birds and small monkeys. The house is very well located being close to local shops, restaurants and bars and it is only 250 meters from the main beach. It counts with more than 300 days of sun a year. It has also a nice, gentle and constant brise which blows in the evenings, making the climate extremely pleasant, unlike other parts of Brazil. The air quality is unmatched, being the cleanest after Antarctica. On top of it all it counts with a natural reserve, protected tropical forest, great restaurants serving you a huge variety of dishes from all over the world, a vibrant night life and you can practice a great number of water sports such as: surf, kite surf, kayak. Welcome to one of the jewels of Brazil! PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SHARED HOUSE. It has: A living room, 2 bedrooms (both with air conditioning), bathroom, kitchen, balcony with hammocks, barbecue, garden, one swimming pool for children and one for adults (the pools are shared with other houses in the compound). It is furnished with all mod cons. WIFI INTERNET (OPTICAL FIBER : very good quality) Bedroom one has one Queen bed (1,60x1,90) Which can ne transformed into 2 single beds. bedroom two a double bed and the living room has a sofa-bed which transforms into a queen size bed where two extra people can sleep. Bedding and towels will be supplied. I live in Pipa, so I will be welcoming the guests. Transfer with a safe driver can be organised for a reasonable price Baby sitting services can be arranged. Other things to note No parties allowed. Silence must be observed after 10pm The presence of people who are not guests in the house is STRICTLY forbidden. Only small pets will be accepted
