This house is the perfect place for a family or friends getaway. The space With family or friends, come and relax at the Seventies House Houlgate. A house as atypical in its architecture as in its decor. By car, on foot or by bicycle, you can easily reach the city centers of Houlgate or Villers sur Mer. The house can accommodate up to 5 people: 2 double bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 toilet, 1 TV lounge area with additional sofa bed upstairs (mezzanine). 1 equipped kitchen, 1 dining area under the veranda and a large living room with fireplace. The house has everything you need for a successful stay whatever the season: Wi-Fi, office space, outdoor furniture, indoor parking, barbecue, large garden. ON THE GROUND FLOOR The entrance is through the veranda that serves the dining area with large bay windows overlooking the unoverlooked gardens and then brings you to the living room with its fireplace, large corner sofa and vintage armchairs. Both bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. They each consist of a large double bed 140 x 200 and plenty of storage. A few days before your arrival we will confirm the final schedule together Please note: > that in case of late arrival you will be asked for a fee. From 10pm to 11pm, a surcharge of 20 euros will be applied, then from 11pm to midnight, it will be 40 euros.
