Unit B is available for booking. As part of our soft launch, we are offering introductory rates. The rate covers for 2 pax but we can accommodate max of 4 for a fee of Php 500/each exceeding 2 pax. We only accommodate more than 2 pax if guests are okay with the existing amenities, bed etc (as we do not set up extra beds). We welcome both short and long-term stays. We also have special rates for long-staying guests, please send us a message if you’re interested. ***Our units are walking distance to cafes, restos, grocery stores, salon, laundry shops etc. WHAT TO DO when you book a stay with us: -laze around in bed while binge watching on Netflix -enjoy the amenities including our heated tub -spend quality time with your loved one or gather with family or friends for a mini celebration -bring, prep & cook your own food -order from Grab or Food Panda -walk to the nearest cafes & restaurants -work remotely / workation -book a relaxing massage -explore the municipality & check out aesthetic restaurants and spots offering the best views of Mt. Maculot and Taal -do a quick morning walk or late-afternoon jog in the area (jog path is less than a minute walk from our units) ***Our units are very accessible for both private & public transpo. HOUSE RULES   1. SELF CHECK-IN Please follow the check-in and check-out time. A code for the gate and door will be given to you before checkin time. Check-in: 2PM Check-out: 11AM *Free parking in the premises. 2. NO unregistered guests or visitors allowed. A penalty fee subject to owner’s discretion or total cancellation of booking can be imposed for non compliance. 3. NO loud or big events allowed. Please please minimize noise after 9PM until 8AM as courtesy to our neighbors. 4. Sticking of wall decors that will use any kind of tape or same materials are not allowed as it can tarnish the paint. Confettis or any party poppers are not allowed. 5. Strictly NO smoking or vaping inside the unit. Any damage caused by guests smoking or vaping inside, inclusive of smoke damage, shall be treated seriously and charged for payment accordingly. Please smoke or vape only in the outdoor areas. 6. NO pets allowed. 7. NO illegal drugs and other similar substances/ objects allowed. 8. Alcoholic beverages may be brought, but make sure to drink responsibly. 9. During your stay, please treat the unit as your own. Trash bins are provided inside and outside the unit for your convenience and use. 10. Please keep the unit free from obnoxious odors. NO cooking of any dried fish or food that has a strong smell inside the unit. 11. Please take care of the furniture, appliances etc. 12. For parents, please watch over your children, especially when using the bath tub, to prevent any accidents. We will not be held liable for any accidents or untoward events. 13. Please keep an eye on your personal belongings or valuables. Lock the unit when going outside as we are not responsible for any loss or damage. Thank you and we look forward to welcoming you.
