The space The apartment is 10 minutes from the entrance to the Parc Nacional d'Aigüestortes, just a few meters from the church of La Nativitat de Durro (a World Heritage Site that is illuminated at dusk), 5 minutes from the chapel-viewpoint of Sant Quirc de Durro (also a World Heritage Site and directly visible from the apartment, with its silhouette dominating the mountain), 5 minutes from Barruera and the Salencar de Barruera, and 20 km from the Boí Taüll ski slopes. La Vall de Boí is the valley of the 4 UNESCO Heritage: · The Romanesque Churches, World Heritage Site. · The starry sky at night (Starlight Destination), just spectacular. · Las Fallas (the Feast of the Fire of the Pyrenees), Intangible Cultural Heritage. They are celebrated in June/July. · 8km away is the National Park of Aigüestortes, hundreds of miles of mountains, streams and multiple lakes in the only national park in Catalonia. With its cobblestone streets and stone houses, this picturesque town radiates authenticity and charm in every corner. The apartment itself is a 90m2 duplex in total. The first floor consists of a living-dining room with a sofa bed, armchair, and TV, a French balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster...). It also has a washing machine. Going up the spiral stairs, there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two 90 beds), with windows overlooking the mountain, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. The rope curtain on the balcony can be removed without any problem, at your personal choice, and you can park for free right in front of the square. In the area you can do an infinity of excursions and getaways, as well as practice climbing, fishing, hiking, thermalism (Caldes de Boí)... It has an almost untouched natural environment, a great variety of vegetation, native species, rivers, lakes and a very varied high mountain climate.
