The space Welcome to The Cove View – a unique two-storey pavilion nestled in a serene tropical paradise. The second level is reserved for family use, while the lower pavilion is available for our esteemed guests. This ancestral house has been beautifully remodeled, retaining its charming old-sinauna wooden floors, which may produce sounds from the private area above, adding to its historical allure. The lower pavilion features a clean tropical style with two bedrooms, each comfortably fitting up to 4 people with a queen bed and floor mattresses. There are also two common toilets and baths for your convenience. Enjoy the infinity pool during your entire stay, and please remember to observe proper swimming attire. For safety reasons, no jumping, pushing, or diving is allowed. Kindly refrain from eating in the pool to prevent clogging the pump. Our property staff are present to ensure your comfort, though their service is not included in the stay. Should you need assistance, feel free to ask. The public beach is just a 5-minute drive away, where you can book a private boat for island hopping and water activities. We encourage you to bring your tent for camping in the open space in the back, offering stunning views, and don’t forget your bikes to explore the scenic biking area nearby. Guest access Guest are allowed access to the entire property with the exception of the staff house and laundry area. These areas are intended exclusively for caretaker's use. Other things to note Welcome to The Cove View Nestled in a serene cove, The Cove View offers a unique and tranquil retreat. Our home exudes a charming and rustic persona, perfectly complemented by the gentle sea breeze and stunning ocean views. Whether you're looking to unwind or explore, The Cove View provides an idyllic backdrop for a memorable stay. Power Interruption Notice: Occasionally, the area experiences power interruptions. Our home is equipped with a standby generator to cover immediate basic needs such as lighting, water, electric fans, and TV. Please note that the generator is not capable of powering air conditioning units or the shower heater. We appreciate your understanding, patience, and cooperation during these times. Security Deposits: A security deposit of PHP 3,000 is required upon check-in. This can be paid in cash or via Gcash. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the keys are returned and there are no missing or damaged items. Note: Lost key fee is PHP 500; lost/damaged TV remote control fee is PHP 1,500. Amenities: Bath towels, bed pillows, and bed linens are provided based on the number of registered guests. However, during your stay if you need extra towels to be replaced, this can be done. Extra towel replacement rental fee: PHP 250 per instance. Room cleaning fee: PHP 1,000 per instance. House Policies: Our rental house is not a high-end resort or a hotel staycation. Therefore, room service and extensive services are not available. We kindly ask guests to clean up during your stay. Toiletries: We provide complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and hand soap utensils ,etc... for your convenience during your stay. Please bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash. Kindly use these provided items but refrain from taking them home. Safety and Liability: The Cove View is not liable for any incidents or accidents that may occur during your stay. We ask that all activities conducted inside the house be safe and responsible. House Rules: Use indoor slippers provided to maintain the cleanliness of the wood floors. Dry off in the bathroom when coming from the pool to avoid bringing water inside the house. Decorations require prior approval and only paper tape is allowed. Guests are responsible for removing decorations before checking out. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only permitted outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts and ashes properly. Smoking inside the premises incurs a PHP 1,000 penalty. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the property. Harmless resident geckos are part of the environment. Please keep windows and bedroom doors closed to keep them out. Clean as you go. We encourage guests to wash dishes and clean cooking appliances after use. Turn off appliances, water, AC, and lights when not in use. ...... Important Notice:.. ...
