Welcome! This guest house cottage is a gem and a quiet, sunny place to relax and rejuvenate. Colorful, high vibration, natural home. Quiet cul de sac family neighborhood with trails close by in all directions. Close to bike paths and bus. 10 minute walk to Sobo center with Whole Foods, coffee, breakfast and bagel shops, restaurants, outdoor gear shops, animal vet + rehab, hardware, library and more! The space The guest house cottage is colorful, light-filled, natural, rustic/modern style with a beautifully uplifting interior with front yard and gardens. Private entry, a beautiful master bedroom with spa-like sky-blue-tile bath, sunny second bedroom with delightful smaller bathroom, cozy living room and sweet kitchen. 1 queen bed in each room. Mattresses on the firmer side with good quality support and are NOT memory foam. Attached to the guest house is another residence where i live with my dog. Quiet hours 10pm - 8am. No smoking/weed/vaping/incense, scented candles of any kind inside or outside on the premises. Thank you! Guest access The guest house cottage includes upstairs 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room and kitchen downstairs. Stairs are a bit steep. Attached to the guest house is another residence where i live with my dog.
