Recently renovated home with a large usable outdoor area, located in a peaceful neighborhood at the end of a quiet street, bordering a forest. Walking distance to a local grocery store (150 m) and train station (250 m). Easily accessible by foot or bike to beautiful beaches and scenic mountain trails with marked paths. The home is inviting, spacious, and modern, with an attached garage connected directly to the house. The space The house has three floors, with the entire middle floor and second floor included in the rental. The second floor features four bedrooms, a loft lounge with a sofa bed (for 2 people) + a work desktop, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The middle floor has an open-plan layout with a kitchen, living room, and TV area, as well as a separate lounge. There is also a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. Guest access We hope you’ll feel at home during your stay. The entire house, except for the basement, is available to guests. The house is mainly rented out during the summer months, while our family uses it for the rest of the year. As a result, some personal belongings will be present in the house, but we make sure to leave some closet space available for our guests. Other things to note Part of the basement is a separate apartment with a long-term tenant. They use a private entrance and will not disturb the guests in the main house.
