"Grandma's house & garden". Idyll by the river.

It is an apartment/house in historical and a very quiet place.....a place to relax, in my "grandma's garden". A lovely place♥️♥️♥️ The space In the red side building is a separate entrance door, which leads into the hallway. Here you can hang up outerwear, shoes and possibly luggage. There is a yellow door into a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, 2 wash basins, tubs for washing up and a washing machine. There is a white door to the west, down to the living room/kitchen area. Here there is a dining table with 2 chairs and 2 stools. Coffee table, 2 stressless chairs, 1 sofa, 1 stool. In the kitchenette there is a fridge, microAirfryer, hob, kettle, coffee maker, mixmaster, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and bowls & misc. Under the stairs there is a small wardrobe/wardrobe. The stairs lead up to 2 bedrooms. The room on the left has a large double bed (180x200cm) There is a large shelf next to the bed. There is a chair and also plenty of space for a cot. In the room on the right, there is a large bed (120x200cm), there is a window down towards the water. There is also a single bed (90x200cm) along the wall. There are skylights in both rooms upstairs. Guest access The red house with hallway, bathroom, living room/kitchen and 2 bedrooms on 2 floors is for those who rent. They can also use the lower part of the garden with a hammock, 2 café tables and 4 café chairs. There are also 2 sunbeds. There is parking next to the house. Other things to note There are nice and historical areas to go for a walk in. Nice areas/ for relaxing and picnics. It is a short distance to the Old Town, Kongsten Fort, bathing facilities and golf. From the Old Town there are ferries to Fredrikstad city. A ferry "Straight over the river" and one that runs along the city river and stops at various places along the route. A river promenade runs along the city/river. On the other side, i.e. Cicingnon, there are also cozy cafes, e.g. A French café with homemade cakes. There is also a Greek shop that sells cooking oils. Here is a sailor's park and art exhibition. In the area where the house is located, there are old buildings and it is pleasant to walk in the area. In the Old Town, 5 minutes away, there are restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, kiosks. There are also shoemakers here and clothes shops, hardware stores, interior design shops, as well as pottery workshops, a gallery and an interesting MUSEUM.
