Absolutely no smoking of anything inside the home. There will be a $300/occurrence fine for violation. No illegal drugs of any kind are allowed on property. Flammable materials are strictly prohibited. 3. This is a one-story duplex home, with a separate entrance and designed to ensure your privacy. Parties and or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after initial warning may result in your removal from the property with no refund. 4. Pet policy: We love pets, but NO cats or dogs allowed. There is a $950 additional cleaning fee if pets (service animals included) were brought onto the property to remove pet allergens for future guests. Please know that guests do book specific properties like this one because they are extremely allergic to dogs and/or cats. Unapproved Pets: If a guest brings a pet without acknowledge and approval, it is a violation of house rules, and the host can request removal, a fees will apply. 5. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. 6. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure. 7. Guests will have access to the whole designed space area except the locked doors, gates, and to the electric panels space or any equipment area if applicable. Commercial photography and filming Not allowed. 8. Vehicles parking at the driveway; only one vehicle is allowed to park in the designed area of the driveway. Off- street parking for any additional vehicle. Commercial Vehicle, and any Vehicle that produce excessive noise, including to uninsured, unregistered vehicle, and the vehicles with oil or grace are not allowed to park in the driveway. 9. Maximum number of guests on property cannot exceed guest limit. Guest/s NOT allowed to permit more people on or in a property than the exact number you booked for without expressed written permission from the host. These are the terms you agreed to when you signed up to use Airbnb and when you clicked Confirm and Pay. Permitting unapproved guests or visitors puts you at risk of immediate eviction without refund or additional charges and a bad review. 10. Always confirm with the host about our specific rules before booking, especially if you plan to have guests over. While hosts cannot officially authorize parties, some may allow small, respectful gatherings that do not violate the policy. It is crucial to discuss any plans with the host in advance. Flushing non-biodegradable items can clog pipes and lead to expensive repairs and can lead to fine up to $500 for cleaning. Always use the trash cans for any disposal. 12. The guest might still be responsible for the full cost of the reservation, even if they check out early. 13. San Diego tap water is legally safe and monitored, but water bottles / cubic ice bag is recommended for improved taste and to minimize exposure to trace contaminants.
