Mountain View

Enjoy the fantastic views right from the living room or from the wrap around 2nd story deck. Situated on 200 acres of our family estate, enjoy total privacy high up on the mountain. Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee. There is a security camera on driveway above the Forest Hideaway and Mountain View signs. It only see’s the driveway and is more than 300 yards from the house. The space The upstairs has 1 bedroom with an attached full bathroom, along with the kitchen, dining and living room. The downstairs has a full bathroom, 2 enclosed bedrooms with doors, and an open living room with bedroom combination that has a great view of the Mountains from the bed but is not private. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except for a locked owners closet upstairs next to the circular stairs, and a locked owners closet downstairs which is also next to the base of the circular stairs. Other things to note This house sits high up with wonderful views but please do not explore or wander below the house because there are some steep drop offs and cliffs that are dangerous. The marked walking paths are also for your enjoyment but please always make sure you can see two markers at all times while using the paths. This will keep you on the path and avoid wandering down a false path created by deer or other animals. It is super easy to get turned around so please stay on the marked paths. This land has two other houses I rent that also use the marked paths. To make our unique property more accessible, we have made the decision to accept large groups in our home. We can sleep up to 8 people. We charge an extra nightly fee of $25 per person for each person after 4 people (Airbnb will add these fees on automatically before you book).
