Granny’s Guest Room

Located minutes from Lake Anna (with ample parking for a boat), this bedroom is located in a scarcely used home next door to the owners, allowing for a great deal of privacy during non workweek hours. Access to a kitchen and dining table. Bedroom includes a Roku TV with access to streaming services and WiFi. King sized bed and box springs sit directly on the floor, so this is a lower to the ground bed. Ceiling fan is currently not operable but a stand fan will be provided for your comfort. The space Small ranch style house on an acre, surrounded by farmland. The host lives next door, so overnight the guest will be the only one in the home. Guest access Feel free to use the kitchen and dining area. Please do not attempt to use the back deck- it needs attention and may not be safe to use. If Host’s husband isn’t in the home working in his living room office when you arrive, come see me next door for your key. Guest home is grey, host home is green. Other things to note Bedroom ceiling fan is not operable, but a stand fan will be provided for your comfort. Bed and box springs are not on a bed frame, so the bed is lower to the ground.
