If you hold a party or event inside the accommodation, a charge of $200 will be applied. -Alcohol or drunk people are prohibited. -Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, non-compliance carries a charge of $200 If you order food by delivery or Taxi you must go to the Residential Entrance to pick them up Guest access Access without time restrictions Upon entering you must present your ID to the Security guard. It is part of an Apartment complex where each apartment is Totally Independent and Private. Zone to share is the corridor of the building to get to your Accommodation.
