There are two other units on this property. It has a private entrance on the left side of the home. The studio space is well thought out to provide a comfortable stay. - King size bed - 43" Smart TV - Dining table with two chairs - Refrigerator with freezer - Kitchenette with counter space, microwave, burner, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker and other amenities to bring convenience and comfort to your stay. - Bathroom with shower Parking is on the street, and it is free. Across the street allows for longer vehicle parking such as vans and trailers. Guest access Guests will have access to the studio. The walkway through the back yard is shared if guests need access to the alley trash bins. Entrance is via a keypad on the door. Codes are provided just before check-in. Guests may arrive anytime after check-in. Other things to note This is the ideal spot for concert-goers attending shows at Rebel Lounge! Conveniently located near the Biltmore, Arcadia, and downtown Phoenix, you'll have easy access to the best of the city. Just a few miles from Old Town Scottsdale and close to popular hiking spots like Camelback Mountain and Piestewa Peak, this location offers both city excitement and outdoor adventure. Starter amounts for toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap are provided at check in. We also supply some hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, but feel free to bring your own if you have a favorite brand.
