Excellent tourist location! Fully furnished apartment with safety screens, equipped kitchen, laundry area, and living room with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, fan, and sofa. Suite with queen bed and air conditioning; bedroom with double bed and fan. Bathrooms with glass shower, gas heating, and blackout curtains. Condominium with adult and kids pools, rooftop (block 1) with barbecue, party room, playroom, gym, and laundry. Guest access 🏡 Guest Access (optimized version) Guests enjoy self check-in through an electronic lock with a personalized code valid only for the stay. Before arrival, a clear photo ID of all guests must be sent for authorization and access to the condominium facilities. 🏊 Pool Open Wednesday to Monday, from 9:20 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. (until 7 p.m. in summer). Closed on Tuesdays for cleaning. A medical certificate is required to use the pool (send to host or building management). Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Swimwear is allowed only in the pool area; glass containers, food, beverages, and speakers are not permitted. 🌇 Rooftop & Party Hall The rooftop (Block 1) can be used freely when not reserved, or booked in advance for R$ 80. The party hall requires prior reservation and a R$ 100 fee. Rooftop hours: 8 a.m.–1 a.m. (Sun–Thu) / 8 a.m.–2 a.m. (Fri–Sat). Party hall: 10 a.m.–10 p.m. (Mon–Thu) / 10 a.m.–12 a.m. (Fri–Sat) / 10 a.m.–11 p.m. (Sun). Music and sound devices must end by 10 p.m. 🏋️ Gym Open daily from 5 a.m. to 12 a.m. 🎠 Playground Open 8 a.m.–10 p.m.; for children only (under 10 must be supervised). Bicycles, motorized toys, and pets are not allowed. 🎮 Game Room Open 10 a.m.–10 p.m. No glass bottles, drinks near tables, gambling, or unsupervised children. Other things to note For stays longer than 10 days, we recommend an optional cleaning service (R$120) between the 5th and 7th day, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., to keep the apartment fresh. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit; violation or odor may result in a R$160 deep-cleaning fee. The pool is open Wed–Mon (closed Tue) and requires a medical certificate.
