🌈☀️🏊🏻‍♀️Cabin in condominium available in Santagueda!!🦋🐤🌿🍂☀️🌈 For 12 people, we have a shared pool in a set of 6 houses (children and adults), BBQ area, 4 rooms, next to Capri fishing lake, close to Church, Supermarket, La Fonda, Solarium, horse rental, ecological walks, motorcycle taxis, home, parking, hammocks, ice cream and fruit sales, pizzeria, church, etc!!! Family groups only. Pets welcome under the rules of the complex. We look forward to seeing you! The space We look forward to seeing you at Coquibacoa cabin, house 1. The risk is that you'll want to come back! It is a spacious two-story house with two bedrooms downstairs near the social area and two bedrooms upstairs with a very good layout to accommodate your family. Downstairs there is a room with two beds and another with a bed and two bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs we have a room with a double bed and balcony and another with two beds, one double and one semi-double with balcony as well, the two balconies with hammocks and each room with a bathroom with shower. From the balconies you can see the herons in the afternoons, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and a great diversity of birds. The cabin is located in an ideal place for ecological walks, where there is very little traffic, ideal for a family walk or for athletes to do their workouts. A few kilometers away is the entire social area of Santagueda, the church, supermarkets, La Fonda, pharmacy, cafes, horse rental, pizzeria, restaurant area, fruit sales, billiards, Solarium, cocktail food trucks, hot dogs, ice cream, home stores, motorcycle taxis, public transport to Manizales and Arauca, etc. In Santagueda there are many areas for walking. We recommend bringing sportswear and leaving early or in the afternoon to take a walk along the wide sidewalks. Don't forget to go to Pescador de Capri, which is just around the corner from the condo!! There you can go fishing or to the restaurant. Guest access In the cabin there are two parking spaces available per cabin. If there is space available, we try to accommodate another space. The complex is flat, so it is easy to move from the parking lot to the cabin. Wheelchair easily goes from the parking lot to the cabin Upon arrival there are a few small steps and you reach the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, the kitchen, and the entire social area, which facilitates mobility for people who have difficulty climbing stairs to the second floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower each and two balconies with hammocks. Outside we have a small auxiliary dining room. Other things to note The cabin is rented with sheets and a thin cover. If you suffer from the cold like me, I recommend bringing extra blankets! You should also bring your towels and toiletries such as paper, soap and shampoo. The kitchen is very well equipped, but remember to bring everything you need for food preparation such as salt, sugar, coffee, condiments, matches, coffee filters, and dishwashing soap.
